When you think of the new year you think of all sorts of things — Christmas parties, new year’s resolutions, turning a year older, perhaps a new semester at university, or some monumental occasion, like an anniversary, you look forward to celebrating. But do you ever look forward to who you will be? Do you ever extrapolate yourself into your 2025 version based on your actions and habits of today? Future you is most probably not a 3x better version of yourself if you are not diligently laying a stronger foundation today.
There are exactly 80 days left for 2025 which means today is a good day to ask yourself what you want from yourself in the coming year. What can you do for the next 80 days to set yourself on a path to success — a stronger, healthier, happier you in 2025? What actions today will put you into this momentum and decide the fate of tomorrow? What do you want to get better at? What do you want to let go of? Which new habits do you want to introduce? make a plan, be real, be serious, and get to work today. Start — put into practice what you preach. Write it down, make it real, and you will reap the results.
